Red as art: mass production of interior chandeliers using 3D printing

Studia3D has implemented a mass production of ceiling lights for the FULLMOON restaurant.

The customer required a batch of identical chandeliers with a thin, curved stem, a twisted frame, and a glossy red finish.

The key requirement is the exact repetition of a complex shape in each unit.

We prepared a 3D model adapted for additive manufacturing, optimized the geometry, and divided it into segments with holes for wiring and fasteners.

Each segment was printed and processed separately: seam cleaning, primer, and final glossy red enamel coating.

The painting is done element by element, followed by assembly, welding of joints, and wiring.

Specialized boxes are made for transportation, and logistics is turnkey.

The project confirms that 3D printing is an effective solution for mass production of complex interior objects.
